Apple treats a maximum capacity below 80% as the threshold for battery service — check Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health before booking. The estimate is a complete service price covering the genuine Apple battery and the work to fit it; only tax is added on top. With AppleCare+ active, battery service below that 80% threshold normally carries no charge.
