Official Apple Repair Costs, by Country

Apple Parts republishes Apple's own out-of-warranty and AppleCare+ repair estimates, currently covering 245 Apple devices and 718 repair estimates in India, US. Apple prices repairs per country and per model, so an estimate from one market does not apply in another — pick your country below for the figures that apply to you.

How Apple repair pricing works

Out of warranty

The full price once the standard warranty has lapsed and there is no AppleCare+ cover. Apple publishes it per repair tier — battery service, screen damage, back glass damage, rear camera damage and other damage. Each figure is a complete service price covering the genuine Apple part and the work to fit it. Tax is added on top.

With AppleCare+

A fixed service fee per accidental-damage incident, far below the out-of-warranty price. AppleCare+ covers two incidents every 12 months, must be bought within 60 days of the device purchase, and in some markets adds theft or loss cover at a separate fee.

An estimate, not a quotation

Apple's published figure is what the repair should cost. The Apple-authorised service provider confirms the final price after inspecting the device, and it can change if further damage is found — a screen repair is re-quoted at the higher tier if the frame is bent.

Why country matters

Apple sets repair pricing per market, in local currency, with local tax rules. Converting a price from another country gives the wrong answer. Every figure on this site is the one Apple publishes for that specific market.
