Mac Pro repair cost — frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to repair the Mac Pro in Deutschland?
Apple Deutschland does not publish an out-of-warranty price for the Mac Pro — confirmed directly against Apple's own pricing tool. A repair is quoted by an Apple-authorised service provider after inspecting the machine. With AppleCare+ active, external enclosure damage is a fixed fee of 99 €, and other accidental damage is a fixed fee of 259 €, excluding taxes.
Why is there no out-of-warranty price for the Mac Pro?
A Mac desktop plugs into mains power and has no battery or other fixed-wear part for Apple to price in advance the way it prices MacBook battery service. Every repair depends on what actually failed, so Apple quotes it after inspection rather than publishing a figure — this is confirmed against Apple's own pricing API, not a gap in data collection.
Is AppleCare+ worth it for the Mac Pro?
Without AppleCare+, a Mac Pro repair has no published price at all — it could be a simple fix or a full logic-board replacement, and only the service provider knows after inspection. AppleCare+ caps that uncertainty at a fixed fee per tier: 99 € for external enclosure damage, 259 € for other accidental damage. The comparison turns on how likely damage is and what the cover itself costs, which Apple prices separately.
Do these Mac Pro AppleCare+ fees include tax and labour?
No. Apple Deutschland publishes these as pre-tax service fees. Labour is already included — each figure is a complete service price — but applicable taxes are added on top, and the final price is confirmed by the Apple-authorised service provider after inspecting the machine.
Are these Mac Pro prices official?
Yes. Every figure on this page comes from Apple Deutschland's own Mac desktop repair pricing tool, effective 2 October 2026. This site is independent and not affiliated with Apple; always verify against Apple's official page before booking.
